Privacy
Saline Apparel Co. ("Saline", "we") is a small apparel project. This page describes what data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. If anything here doesn't answer your question, write to hello@salineapparel.com and we'll respond.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you give it to us through the signup form. We use it to send you a single note when our first drop ships, and occasional updates after that. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
- Anonymous traffic data — page views, country, device type, and referring source, via Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifying information. See Vercel's analytics privacy notice.
We do not collect: your name (unless you give it to us), your address, your purchase history (we don't sell anything yet), your IP address in identifiable form, or any data from cross-site tracking.
Why we collect it
- To tell you when the first drop ships. That's the entire point of the email form.
- To understand which pages people look at so we can make this site better.
Who we share it with
Email addresses are stored with our email-service provider (a third-party platform we use to send mail). That provider receives only your email and your subscription state. We don't sell, rent, or share email addresses with anyone else.
Anonymous analytics is processed by Vercel under their analytics policy linked above. We do not have access to identifiable individual visitor data through analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep your email as long as you're subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we delete it from active mailing within 30 days. Analytics data is retained by Vercel per their standard policy and is not tied to your identity.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what email information we have on file for you.
- Correct any of that information.
- Delete your email from our list.
Email hello@salineapparel.com with your request. We'll act on it within 30 days. If you're a California or EEA resident, you have these rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively, and you can also opt out by replying "unsubscribe" to any message we send you.
Children
This site is intended for people aged 16 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. The Vercel Analytics script we use is cookieless. If we ever add a service that uses cookies (for example, a real shopping cart later on), we'll update this page and add a cookie banner.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the effective date at the top and post a note. For small clarifying edits we'll just update the date.
Terms
This website is currently a waitlist and brand preview. We are not accepting purchases yet. Product prices, specifications, and ship windows may change before the first release.
Shipping
We are not shipping product yet. When the first release opens, each piece is expected to be made to order and to ship in 7–10 business days, with transit time added after production.
Returns
Returns and exchanges will be published before checkout opens. No purchases are currently available through this site.
